You can register your kettle either on our website here. If you prefer, you can fill the form out manually on the last page of the Owner’s Manual. The manual was included in your Uccello Kettle box and mail it to us.
Registering your kettle means that if your kettle becomes damaged or defective within 2 years of purchasing it, we will replace it – free of charge and deliver it to your door.
Within our registration form you will be asked for:
- Your name
- Your email (so we can send an email confirmation and your 10% discount code)
- Your address
- Your date of purchase
- Where you purchased (online or in-store)
- The kettle batch number – This can be found on the base of the Uccello Kettle vessel
- Reason for purchase
It’s never been easier to register your kettle on our website. You can visit the Uccello Kettle shop page and click on the ”Register Your Product” tab below the kettle description. You can also register it by clicking on the ”Register Your Product” link on the top right of the website beside your shopping bag.
Once you have successfully registered your Uccello Kettle, you will also receive a 10% off discount code to use on our website for a future purchase of yours, or you can share it with a friend.
