Plan Managed Package
Your plan manager can arrange the payment for you. You can buy direct from our website here.
Self Managed Package
With the self-managed package, there are 2 options available:
- You can make a payment request to the NDIS and they will pay for your Uccello order. To do this, you will first need to contact our Customer Care Team to request an invoice for your order. They will be able to issue this within 24 hours.
To complete the payment request, you will then need to log into your Myplace portal, upload the invoice from Uccello Designs, and once approved the money will be paid into your bank account within 24-48 hours. Then you are free to purchase directly from our website.
- You can buy the Uccello Kettle or any of our other assistive living products directly from our website yourself with your own money and then submit a payment request to the NDIS. You can email our Customer Care Team asking them for an invoice/receipt for proof of purchase and can then upload it to your Myplace portal. You will be reimbursed within 24-48 hours from the NDIS.
NDIA Managed Package
With the NDIA-Managed option, the NDIA pays the service providers on your behalf. If you choose this option, you must select from a list of NDIA-approved providers. Just reach out to our Customer Care Team and they’ll find a list of NDIA-approved provider stores near you.
