Q1: Are you aged between 7 & 65?
If the answer is yes, please go to the next question.
If your answer is no because you:
- Have a child under the age of 7, you can find out more here.
- Are over the age of 65, you must be under 65 to access the NDIS. However, you may be able to access other supports here.
Q2: Do you live in Australia and have Australian residency?
If your answer is yes that you live in Australia, are an Australian citizen, or have a permanent or special category visa. Please go to the next question.
If your answer is no, you may be able to access other supports. The NDIS is only available to those:
- Who lives in Australia.
- Are Australian Citizens.
- Hold a permanent visa.
- Have a protected special category visa.
