In the unlikely event that your Uccello Grip Mat is damaged or faulty, you can return it by contacting our Customer Care Team. Once the issue is determined, we will let you know if you should discard your Grip Mat or post it back to us for investigation and our team will guide you through the process.
Our Customer Care Team will then send out a new Uccello Grip Mat (depending on the problem) that same day.
