In the unlikely event that your Muggi Cup Holder is broken/faulty you can return it by contacting our Customer Care Team. Once the issue is determined we will let you know if you should discard your Muggi or post it back to us for investigation.
Should you be asked to post it back to us, our Customer Care Team will share the address with you. Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the Muggi.
Our Customer Care Team will then send out the replacement Muggi (depending on the problem) that same day.
