When it comes to returning a broken/faulty Muggi Cup Holder within its warranty period (88 years warranty guarantee) we would ask that you email our Customer Care Team (customercare@uccellodesigns.com ) with:

  • A description of the issue you are having.
  • The receipt from purchase (in store) or order number if you bought it from our website (this will be in your email inbox from our sales email – sales@uccellodesigns.com).
  • If possible, an image of the of the broken/faulty Muggi.

Should you need to post it back to us for investigation, our team will share with you our address. Uccello Designs do not cover the cost of returning the the Muggi.

Our Customer Care Team will then send out the replacement Muggi (depending on the problem) that same day.
