Discount codes on our website are not case sensitive. This means when you enter your discount code, you don’t need to worry about upper case or lower-case letters.
For example, if you were to type your discount code like this ”UccelloDesigns”, ”UCCELLODESIGNS” or like this ”uccellodesigns” your discount will still be applied.
After entering the code, you will need to click the ”Apply Discount” button to the right of the code text box.
Each Uccello discount code is unique and can only be used once per customer when purchasing on our website. Discount codes can be used on all products sold on our website.
In addition, our promotional discount codes will have an expiration date, which is dependent on the promotion. These are different from our registration discount codes which are one-off-codes, valid for life.
Reasons why your discount code is not working:
- The ‘’apply discount’’ button was not clicked before moving into the checkout.
- The code has been entered incorrectly.
- It’s a promotional code and has expired.
- It’s a registration one-off-code that has already been used.
